• Returns or exchanges are accepted on unused items in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase. Pet toys that are chewed or destroyed are not refundable. Many pets are aggressive chewers and will destroy toys. This satisfaction guarantee on toys is to ensure satisfaction with the color, look and feel of the toy, but not to guarantee it will not be chewed or ripped or destroyed by the pet. Sale Items are only eligible for exchanges or credit. Display Items and Business Supplies are Final Sale. Items must be returned in the original packaging and accompanied with original proof of purchase. Items not in their original packaging are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
